ORDERING ONLINE
YOUR ORDER
To place an order, add an item to your cart and proceed to check out.Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation.
When your order is shipping, we will email you with your tracking information.Please note that once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to the order details or delivery address. Products on our website are sold on a first come first served basis.
Your item is not reserved once you add it to the cart. Once you begin the checkout process the item will be reserved for 5 minutes to allow you to complete your purchase.
SOLD OUT
All payments made on www.lrnce.com are secure. You may pay by debit card, credit card and Paypal at checkout. If you wish to pay with an alternative payment method you can contact us directly.

DUTIES AND TAXES
All shipments destined outside of Morocco are entitled to import taxes and duty fees.
Our international delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties, which may be applied by customs at the destination country. Any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient. LRNCE has no control over this and can not be held as responsible for any of these fees or taxes, and is not responsible for any actions taken by customs on your package during delivery.
In accordance with Moroccan export regulations, LRNCE is required to declare the exact value of all items. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations please contact your local customs office directly. If the receiver refuses to pay taxes and duties or refuses the delivery for any other reason, the item(s) will be returned to our warehouse in Morocco and the order will be refunded once the item has returned, excluding return shipping fee, original shipping fee, and a 50€ handling and restocking fee.
Please note that the duty and sales taxes are non-refundable through LRNCE. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
TRACKING YOUR DELIVERY
A DHL tracking link will be sent to you via email once your order has shipped. Once you have received your tracking information you can Track Your Order from our website.

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges. If you would like to order a product in a different colour or size, place a new order and contact us to manage the return of your previous order.
