ORDERING ONLINE

YOUR ORDER

To place an order, add an item to your cart and proceed to check out.Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation.
When your order is shipping, we will email you with your tracking information.Please note that once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to the order details or delivery address. CART

Products on our website are sold on a first come first served basis.

Your item is not reserved once you add it to the cart. Once you begin the checkout process the item will be reserved for 5 minutes to allow you to complete your purchase.

SOLD OUT

If the item you are interested in is out of stock you can enter your email address on the product page to be notified when the item has been restocked. A restock is not guaranteed for all of our products, such as limited edition pieces.

All payments made on www.lrnce.com are secure. You may pay by debit card, credit card and Paypal at checkout. If you wish to pay with an alternative payment method you can contact us directly.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Marrakech, Morocco, and are all fulfilled by DHL. Orders received during normal business hours are processed for shipment within 24 hours (up to 48 hours during busy launch or sale periods). We start working on your order as soon as it is placed, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been confirmed. Orders placed online typically arrive within 7/10 business days from the date when the order is confirmed. In the event of a delay, you will be notified by email. We offer free shipping across Morocco. For European countries shipping costs start from 17€ and from 18€ for the USA. The exact shipping costs are calculated at the checkout page based on the weight and size of the items selected. All shipments outside of Morocco are sent with DHL express delivery, a tracking number is provided with the shipping confirmation email. Once you have received your tracking information you can Track Your Order from our website. We offer worldwide shipping, except for Russia and Israel as it is not possible to ship directly from Morocco.

DUTIES AND TAXES

All shipments destined outside of Morocco are entitled to import taxes and duty fees.

Our international delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties, which may be applied by customs at the destination country. Any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient. LRNCE has no control over this and can not be held as responsible for any of these fees or taxes, and is not responsible for any actions taken by customs on your package during delivery.

In accordance with Moroccan export regulations, LRNCE is required to declare the exact value of all items. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations please contact your local customs office directly. If the receiver refuses to pay taxes and duties or refuses the delivery for any other reason, the item(s) will be returned to our warehouse in Morocco and the order will be refunded once the item has returned, excluding return shipping fee, original shipping fee, and a 50€ handling and restocking fee.

Please note that the duty and sales taxes are non-refundable through LRNCE. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

TRACKING YOUR DELIVERY

A DHL tracking link will be sent to you via email once your order has shipped. Once you have received your tracking information you can Track Your Order from our website.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

RETURNS

LRNCE has a 14-day return policy, which means you must request and ship / postmark the order back to our return centre within 14 days. The item(s) must be sent in their original condition, including the packaging, accessories, tag, etc. If you would like to request a return, please send us an email to hello@lrnce.com with your email address and order number. Once you have submitted your request, return instructions will be sent to you within 72 hours. Please do not ship your return back without this authorization, as it will not be processed. Any parcel returned after the prescribed time frame shall be refused and returned to the sender. No parcel returned as cash on delivery shipping shall be accepted, whatever the reason. The costs and risks pertaining to the return of Product(s) are borne by the sender. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. LRNCE reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges. If you would like to order a product in a different colour or size, place a new order and contact us to manage the return of your previous order.
