How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are free for Morocco, 30€ for Europe and North America and 70€ for the rest of the world with DHL shipping services.
Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
All shipments destined outside of Morocco are entitled to import taxes and duty fees. International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties, which may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.
LRNCE has no control over this and can not be held as responsible for any of these fees or taxes, and is not responsible for any actions taken by customs on your package during delivery.
In accordance with Moroccan export regulations LRNCE is required to declare the exact value of all items.

If the receiver refuses to pay taxes + duties, the item(s) will be returned to us and the order will be refunded excluding return shipping fee and original shipping fee.
How long will it take to get my package?
Packages typically arrive within 7/14 days from the date when the order is confirmed.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number when your order is ready to ship so you can figure out when exactly your parcel will be delivered.
We ship all the orders from our headquarter studio in Marrakesh, Morocco.
What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay with credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or via Paypal.

How do I place an order?
You just need to select the item you want to order on our e-shop, and press the “add to basket” button. You will just need to fill in your personal and shipping information, then proceed to the checkout.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You can place your order directly through our e-shop, without creating an account.
You can create an account to manage your addresses, your personal information and to have an overview on your orders.
What is your return policy?
At LRNCE, we want you to enjoy your product. If for any reason, you are not happy with the item you ordered, you have 14 days to return it (starting from the day you received it), provided that the items are not used and in original condition. We unfortunately do not accept returns of products sold at a discounted price.
How can I exchange an item I have ordered?
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges of products. If you would like to order a product in a different color or size, just place a new order, and we will get in contact with you to manage the return of your product. No handling or restocking fees will be applied in this case.
