DEFINITIONS AND APPLICATION

Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to LRNCE. The term ‘you’ refers to the organisation or individual who is ordering the product on the website. The ‘products’ mean the LRNCE products which may be ordered on the website. The ‘Service’ means the sales of LRNCE products from us, LRNCE to you, the user through www.lrnce.com.

LRNCE offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

PURCHASE FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY

All the items purchased on www.lrnce.com are for personal use only, and with no intention of resale. By placing your order on www.lrnce.com, you are certifying that you are buying LRNCE products for your personal use only, and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.

PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website www.lrnce.com. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Please be reminded that shipments destined outside of Morocco are entitled to import taxes and duty fees, based on the delivery country’s regulations.

All customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any additional charges by your local government are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for these fees in any way, as we do not receive any of this money. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. PRICE

All our prices are indicated by default in Euros (€), and can also be indicated in US Dollars ($) or Moroccan Dirhams (MAD). The prices that are applied are the prices figuring on the site www.lrnce.com at the time when the order is placed. Prices are subject to change without notice.

The total cost including shipping fees will be displayed during check-out, once you have selected your billing and shipping address.

The amount payable to LRNCE for an order (order total) will be the total of the following amounts:

The total sum of the price of each product ordered as indicated at the time of submitting the order.
The cost of delivery is determined by the stated delivery location.

Please be reminded that shipments destined outside of Morocco are entitled to import taxes and duty fees, based on the delivery country’s regulations. All customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any additional charges by your local government are the responsibility of the recipient. DIGITAL GIFT CARDS

Once you select the amount you would like to put on the digital gift card (between 100 – 1000 €), you must enter the recipient’s contact information. They will receive a coupon code that they can then apply on the checkout page when ordering online.

Conditions of use:

The amount can be spent through several orders.
The gift card is valid for the duration of one year.
The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
The amount can only be redeemed online.

SHIPPING, IMPORT TAXES, AND DUTY FEES

The company LRNCE SARL is based in Marrakech, Morocco, and all orders are shipped directly from its warehouse in Morocco using express shipping services.

Orders received during normal business hours are processed for shipment within 24 hours (up to 48 hours during busy launch or sale periods). We start working on your order as soon as it is placed, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been confirmed.

Packages typically arrive within 7/14 days from the date when the order is confirmed.

Free shipping for Morocco. Shipping costs start from 12€ for European countries and from 18€ for the USA. The exact shipping costs are calculated at the checkout page based on the weight and size of the items selected.

All shipments outside of Morocco are sent with DHL express delivery, a tracking number is provided with the shipping confirmation email. Once you have received your tracking information you can Track Your Order from our website.

We offer worldwide shipping, except for Russia as it is not possible to ship directly from Morocco.

If a package is returned to Morocco because the buyer did not claim it, LRNCE does not send replacements.

All shipments destined outside of Morocco (with exception of the USA) are entitled to import taxes and duty fees.

Our international delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties, which may be applied by customs at the destination country. Any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient. LRNCE has no control over this and can not be held as responsible for any of these fees or taxes, and is not responsible for any actions taken by customs on your package during delivery.

In accordance with Moroccan export regulations, LRNCE is required to declare the exact value of all items. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations please contact your local customs office directly. If the receiver refuses to pay taxes and duties or refuses the delivery for any other reason, the item(s) will be returned to our warehouse in Morocco and the order will be refunded once the item has returned, excluding return shipping fee, original shipping fee, and a 50€ handling and restocking fee.

RIGHT TO RETRACT, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY AT LRNCE

We want you to be happy with the order you receive, which is why we accept returns of unused or unworn or defective merchandise in the original packaging, for full refund or exchange within fourteen (14) days of purchase, excluding initial shipping costs.

If you would like to request a return, please first send us an email to hello@lrnce.com with your order number. Once you have submitted your request, a return authorization will be given to you within 72 hours with return instructions.

Please do not ship your return back without this authorization, as it will not be processed. The cost for returning the package to us for both returns and exchanges is at the customer’s own expense

We do not accept returns of the custom made products

We do not accept exchange of products. IIf you would like to order a product in a different colour or size, place a new order and contact us to manage the return of your previous order. No handling or restocking fees will be applied in this case.

WOOCOMMERCE

The website www.lrnce.com is hosted on OVH Servers which are based in France. The CMS used is WooCommerce. WooCommerce provides LRNCE with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products.

Your data is stored through WooCommerce’s data storage, databases and the general WooCommerce application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

PAYMENT

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then WooCommerce stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways – including PayZone, the one used in www.lrnce.com – adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the Centre Monétique InterBancaire, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa and MasterCard.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
